If you want to pony up you can try Catanya but make sure that it is compatible with Maschine before you pay! I haven't tried this one to make sure you can select the IAC bus for the midi out device. Some of the arps here have the instrument attached so you don't have to deal with any routing to get the feel of an arp. You will have to download the free reaktor player from NI first and then load reaktor plugin and select user on the left to load the ensembles you get from the library. Check out the Reaktor User Library and search arpeggiator. There are a few arps out there that you can use in Maschine. You'll need to hook it up to something that can make sound (some ensembles in Reaktor actually contain an arp and a synthesizer, see below). Cream isn't like any traditional MIDI arpeggiator.
